we accept uk bank transfer, paypal, or cc. preferred payment of paypal is via f&f but you can also pay via g&s but you will have to cover the fee yourself. i only accept cc in british pounds or hong kong dollars and no other currencies (gbp > hkd exchange rate is fixed at 1gbp = 10hkd)feel free to use a proxy or any other services to pay if i donβt accept your preferred form of payment.

we are based in the uk and offer worldwide shipping π shipping is calculated once you have confirmed all your products as it differs due to size and weight of the packagewe offer any royal mail services including tracked and signed. all orders will automatically be assigned 2nd class shipping unless stated otherwiseplease contact us asap if you wish to change your shipping option you have already placed your order and we will try our best to change it

all products are A grade unless stated otherwise, meaning any damage that you find when you receive your product cannot be compensated for. please refer to the chart below β¬οΈ

we sadly do not offer refunds once the order has started processing, please check carefully before placing and order and pay the exact amounts. if you desperately require a refund, please contact us urgently to ensure the manufacturing process has not started and include your reason for refunding. we will try our best but we cannot guarantee you will receive your refund if it is extremely late or the reason is unacceptable (e.g. i donβt want the product anymore, i changed my mind)some exceptions are:
- if you have paid more than needed (we will refund you the extra money)
- the order has yet to be processed
(the whole amount will be refunded)
- the product arrived to me slightly or extremely damaged (the money will be partially refunded based on the severity)for refund policy on commissions, please refer to the text at the bottom of the form where it is stated.
